Jay Readey leads the real estate practice at Jackson Melton LLC and under his direction the firm advises developers, and sponsors of targeted community revitalization and infrastructure projects. His specialization in New Market Tax Credits (NMTC) is highly sought after by entities focused on community development initiatives. Jay has been an authority at the forefront of the New Markets Tax Credit landscape for more than fifteen years and frequently instructs the emerging cohort of professionals serving a variety of asset classes.
Mr. Readey augments his real estate capital markets practice by advising growing companies, private investment funds, and non-profit organizations aligned with his mission to build inclusive communities through socially responsible entrepreneurship. He serves on the board of Green Era Sustainability LLC and is President of The Metro Alliance Inc., a neighborhood development company.
